These terms govern your use of businessxray.co.uk (the "Site") and the Business Xray assessment and report (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
The Business Xray assessment produces a strategic diagnostic report from your answers. The Service is provided for informational and strategic guidance purposes only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
Business Xray does not certify, accredit, or guarantee compliance with any law, standard, or regulation, and no report should be treated as a certification or compliance assurance.
The "indicative positioning" in your report is AI-assessed from your answers and is not based on a comparison dataset. Scores are generated by fixed rules and the narrative by Anthropic; both may contain errors or omissions.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the answers you submit. The report's quality depends on the information you provide. We do not warrant that any report is complete, current, or applicable to your specific circumstances.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including submitting fraudulent or harmful content, attempting to access other users' data, or disrupting the Site. Accounts are personal to you.
The Business Xray framework, branding, and Site content are owned by Business Xray. Your report is provided to you for your own use; you may not resell or redistribute reports without permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Business Xray is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
